Il est un fait que la puissance des excr\u00e9tions racinaires responsables de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de teletoxie entra\u00eene une chute de rendement en c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De notre joli coquelicot, seules les fleurs offrent un int\u00e9r\u00eat en gastronomie. Et des fleurs, nous ne retiendrons que les p\u00e9tales dont on fait un d\u00e9licieux sirop qui peut aromatiser p\u00e2tisseries, fromages frais, yaourts, glaces, cocktails et colorer naturellement sauces, cr\u00e8mes, g\u00e2teaux de riz et de semoule\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u00e8s color\u00e9, le sirop de coquelicot soigne et adoucit la gorge (voir article phytoth\u00e9rapie) et trouve tout naturellement sa place en cuisine. Pour une fabrication maison\u00a0: il faut ramasser 400 gr de p\u00e9tales de coquelicots r\u00e9colt\u00e9s en milieu de champs et loin des bordures de routes, 1\/2 litre d\u2019eau et du sucre de canne non raffin\u00e9. On porte l\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avant d\u2019y introduire les p\u00e9tales. On tourne avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois, on retire la casserole de la source de chaleur, on couvre avant de laisser infuser 10 minutes. On filtre ensuite en prenant soin de bien presser les p\u00e9tales pour en retirer le maximum de jus et de go\u00fbt. On p\u00e8se le liquide obtenu avant d\u2019y ajouter son poids \u00e9gal en sucre. On remet \u00e0 chauffer jusqu\u2019aux premiers bouillons avant de remplir des petits bouteilles pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9bouillant\u00e9es. Et c\u2019est tout\u00a0! Notre sirop est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes en pleine p\u00e9riode de cueillette des fraises. Arrosez les d\u2019un trait de sirop de coquelicot pour en rehausser le go\u00fbt\u2026 Pour un coulis de coquelicot ajoutez tout simplement de la cr\u00e8me liquide.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tepaseul-magazine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/acc_accueilVisual.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-9762\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tepaseul-magazine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/acc_accueilVisual-218x300.jpg\" alt=\"acc_accueilVisual\" width=\"218\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tepaseul-magazine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/acc_accueilVisual-218x300.jpg 218w, https:\/\/www.tepaseul-magazine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/acc_accueilVisual.jpg 220w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Autre id\u00e9e toute simple\u00a0: des p\u00e9tales crus ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 des salades sal\u00e9es ou sucr\u00e9es pour une jolie touche de couleur ou cristallis\u00e9s au sucre et \u00e0 la gomme arabique. Ils deviennent alors de d\u00e9licats d\u00e9cors de table ou mieux encore de d\u00e9licieux bonbons\u2026 Et puisque nous parlons bonbons venons en au Coquelicot de Nemours une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1850 dans la ville \u00e9ponyme. Aujourd\u2019hui il a m\u00eame conquis ses lettres de noblesse gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 G\u00e9rard Bosc. Sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le Gentil Coquelicot\u00a0\u00bb un petit palet de chocolat, fourr\u00e9 avec une cr\u00e8me caramel parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la liqueur de coquelicot lequel s\u2019est vu attribuer le Prix Cordon Bleu par le jury du Salon International Intersuc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En fait le coquelicot n\u2019est qu\u2019une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pavot. Et nous connaissons toutes et tous le petit go\u00fbt de noisette des graines de pavot noir, ces graines ol\u00e9agineuses tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9es en Turquie, en Egypte et en Europe Centrale. Elles parfument les cr\u00e8mes, entrent dans la composition des farces, rel\u00e8vent de go\u00fbt des p\u00e2tes, donnent du go\u00fbt aux fromages frais et pars\u00e8ment pains sp\u00e9ciaux et petits g\u00e2teaux<\/p>\n<p>ap\u00e9ritifs.<\/p>\n<p>Et comme j\u2019aime partager, je vous confie une de mes recettes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, transmise dans le plus grand secret par un de mes amis Ma\u00eetre P\u00e2tissier dont je tairai le nom pour qu\u2019il ne se f\u00e2che pas tout rouge coquelicot\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e2teau aux graines de Pavot\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>180 gr de beurre<\/p>\n<p>100 gr de graines de Pavot<\/p>\n<p>180 gr de sucre<\/p>\n<p>180 gr de poudre d\u2019amande<\/p>\n<p>4 \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajouter le beurre fondu, la poudre d\u2019amande, les graines de pavot et les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs battus en neige. Beurrer une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et mettre le m\u00e9lange sur la plaque. Faire cuire 25 minutes \u00e0 thermostat 6. Une fois le g\u00e2teau refroidi couper en petits carr\u00e9s.
